These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the LvTaxi mobile application (the "App") and any related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to operate a vehicle for hire in the jurisdiction where you use the Service. You represent that the information you provide during sign-up is accurate.
You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@lvtaxi.online if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe are being used to violate these Terms.
The Service is provided to help individual drivers see live staging-zone activity. You agree:

The Service displays live counts of drivers in staging zones, estimated wait times, and related information. These figures are estimates based on best-effort data collection and are provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee that the figures are accurate, complete, or current. You should not rely on them as the sole basis for business decisions.
The App collects foreground and background location data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you acknowledge that:
We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unavailability.
The Service, including all software, designs, logos, and content provided by us, is owned by LvTaxi or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on a device you own or control, solely for the purposes described in these Terms.
You retain ownership of any content you submit (e.g., your name and account details), but you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and process that content as necessary to operate the Service.
The Service relies on third-party providers (including Supabase for backend infrastructure and Apple/Google for app distribution and platform services). Your use of those providers' services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY OF DATA. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LVTAXI AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages; in those jurisdictions, the above limitations apply only to the extent permitted.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LvTaxi from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or that termination is necessary to protect other users or our infrastructure. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive (including Sections 7, 9, 10, 11, and 13).
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and notify you in the App or by email. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
